Information we collect
Don't Swipe does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information. The app does not require an account and does not operate a user-data backend.
Photos and videos
You choose the media available to a viewing session through Apple's system photo picker or the Don't Swipe share extension. The app does not request broad access to your photo library.
Selected items may be copied into a temporary, app-controlled folder on your device so they can be displayed. These temporary files remain on the device, are removed when the session ends, and stale session files are automatically cleaned up.
Owner verification
When you exit a protected viewer, Don't Swipe may ask iOS to verify the device owner with Face ID, Touch ID, or the device passcode. Authentication is performed by Apple's LocalAuthentication system. Don't Swipe does not receive or store biometric data or your passcode.
Analytics, advertising, and tracking
Don't Swipe does not include advertising, analytics, or cross-app tracking technologies.
Children's privacy
Because the app does not collect personal information, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data security and retention
Selected media is processed locally and retained only as temporary session files. While no system can guarantee absolute security, limiting processing to the device reduces exposure.
